The bags are packed...we're ready to GO! Yes, that is a scale in the pic because for once in our lives we are using the maximum allowed pounds per bag! Kirk and I can each have two bags weighing up to 70 lbs and the kids can each have one bag each at 50 lbs. Now you're probably wondering why we would need so much weight? SCHOOL BOOKS!!!! ( times 5 kids) Maya actually weighed all her books and they were 50 lbs already! Since Star and Sky have the exact same books we only brought one set. Factor in the guitar hero, the wii and a few dozen swimsuits and there you are....Maximum weight allowed! You say...why not bring more bags? Well, I don't want to pay. Simple as that. Next post...from a very sunny, warm place!
