Well, we call it "brown camp"--it was sponsored by the multicultural department of BYU and yes, you need to be of some sort of "brown" ancestry. It was an awesome program--I'm sad that I didn't know about it for Ty and Kara, but for sure the rest of my kids are going to attend.
We have a multicultural camp for girls called Camp Kupugani outside of Chicago..."brown" folks as well as diverse other campers! http://www.campkupugani.com/
