This is our welfare plan. You must pitch in and help with dinner if you want to eat. A friend gave us a 50# box of potatoes for Christmas and we were making potato soup. A tip for all you "newbies" out there...buy more than one potato peeler!
You'd have to live so close to Idaho like I do to understand! We get potatoes from these folks every year and every year I struggle to use them before they sprout into aliens with a thousand eyes!
